Spontan Creative Media operates through a proprietary internal system built, maintained and secured by the same team that develops digital systems for clients.
It forms the operational core of the company, bringing client relationships, projects, tasks, resources, documentation and enterprise operations into one integrated environment. Every assignment moves through the same structure, from the first inquiry and procurement review to delivery, reporting and final handover.
Clients, experts and approved partners can connect to the areas relevant to their work through controlled access. This creates one operational environment, one consistent standard and a clear record of responsibilities, decisions and delivery.
File exchange is handled through Spontan Transfer, our own system for sharing project files, deliverables and sensitive documentation. Instead of routing these materials through consumer file transfer platforms, exchanges are handled through infrastructure and access controls managed by Spontan.
This reduces unnecessary third party exposure and gives us greater control over how files are stored, accessed, shared and retained throughout the project lifecycle.
