Migration & Social Inclusion

Movement changes a life. Inclusion determines what becomes possible afterward.

People need information they can use, services they can reach and opportunities they can trust. We build the platforms, campaigns, publications and productions that turn inclusion into access, without reducing anyone to a campaign image.

For international organizations, migration and inclusion programs, municipalities and civil society. Every message has to lead to real access and promise only what a program can provide.

01

The challenge

Inclusion begins where the image ends.

Migration begins for many reasons, and return can be planned, forced or uncertain. Communication should not romanticize leaving or present return as failure. It should make verified options visible and remove the barriers that decide who can reach a service.

  1. 01

    Opportunities that are not believed

Training, jobs and scholarships the intended participants doubt are real or meant for them.

  2. 02

Services that are hard to find

Reintegration support scattered across municipalities, employment and protection services.

  3. 03

    Campaigns without practical access

Awareness that leaves physical, digital, linguistic and institutional barriers in place.

  4. 04

    People reduced to vulnerability

Returnees and participants defined by hardship rather than by their decisions, skills and future.

  5. 05

    Visibility that ends with funding

Short-term communication that leaves no reusable systems or institutional knowledge behind.

How we work

  1. 01

    Dignity before vulnerability

People are not defined only by migration status, disability or trauma. Stories keep their decisions, skills and future in view.

  2. 02

    No false certainty

An opportunity is not a guarantee, and one return story is not everyone’s. We communicate only verified opportunities, with their conditions and limits.

  3. 03

Change access, not only the message

We identify the actual barrier, whether trust, distance, language, documentation or digital access, and map the route from discovery to service.

  4. 04

    Safeguarding and participant control

Consent, eligibility, data handling and review are planned before production. Participants understand the purpose and keep control over publication.

  5. 05

Ready to respond, built to last

Communication creates demand, so we check the organization can respond before a campaign runs. Platforms and archives outlast the funding period, and we measure only what the work can influence.

Questions

How do you represent returned migrants?

Neither as failures nor as success stories by default. We reflect the person’s actual experience and support pathway while protecting dignity and privacy.

Can you work on anti-trafficking communication?

Yes. Our work includes designing UNICEF’s study on youth knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding human trafficking, alongside safeguarding-sensitive communication.

Can you build disability-inclusive digital products?

Yes. Our work includes a sign-language learning app with video, illustrated vocabulary and interactive exercises. Accessibility requirements follow the intended users and applicable standards.

Can you work across municipalities and with the diaspora?

Yes: communication, production and events across several municipalities within one program, with diaspora content that reflects that audience’s own relationship with the territory.

Working on migration or inclusion?

A platform, publication, campaign or production: share the audience, services, locations and barriers, and we will set out the communication, technology and field work it needs.
