This section is about partnership, not procurement. NGOs and foundations appear here where we work side by side: co-implementing programs, forming joint proposals, sharing field networks and combining their community access with our digital, communication and production capacity. Organizations that commission our services are valued clients, and they belong under Clients and Work; the relationships here are the ones where responsibility for an outcome is shared.

What these partnerships add is difficult to buy and impossible to improvise: stakeholder trust built over years, advocacy experience, sector depth and honest knowledge of the communities a project is intended to serve. In return, partners gain a team that can turn that knowledge into platforms, campaigns, publications and field delivery without losing the meaning along the way.

Our university partnerships work in two directions. On projects, academic partners bring research, analysis, evaluation capacity and technical expertise where an assignment needs evidence behind the delivery. On talent, the relationship is a pipeline: students join Spontan through internships, work on real projects under real standards, and the ones who prove themselves are hired. Several members of our team started exactly this way.

This is deliberate. A company planning in decades cannot rely on the job market alone; it has to grow its own people. Universities give us early access to capable young professionals, and we give their students something rarer than a certificate: delivered work they can point to.

Institutional collaboration follows different rules, and we respect them. These relationships are built through formal projects, cooperation frameworks, joint initiatives and clearly defined areas of responsibility, with the documentation, transparency and procedural discipline that institutional work demands. Nothing here is informal, and nothing here is implied: where an institution appears on this page, a defined collaboration stands behind it.

What institutions gain from the network is a delivery partner already fluent in their world: procurement procedures, visibility requirements, reporting standards, multi-stakeholder coordination and the accountability expectations that come with public and donor funding. What the network gains from institutions is harder to name but more valuable: the credibility, reach and mandate that turn a good project into one that lasts.
