Parliamentary Research Day
Commissioned by the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) under the PACEP project, Spontan designed the official booklet presenting research papers on parliamentary processes, transparency, and evidence-based policymaking in Albania and the Western Balkans. Featuring academic contributions from Albanian and regional scholars, the publication explores the intersection of legislation, technology, civic engagement, and democratic accountability. Our layout balanced academic depth with readability, supporting PACEP’s mission to strengthen policy dialogue between Parliament, universities, and civil society.
