Design of “The SME Test” – Supporting Policy for Small Business Growth
Spontan designed the Albanian version of The SME Test, a policy tool that helps public institutions assess how new legislation may impact small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The publication promotes better regulatory practices, aligned with the Small Business Act for Europe and the OECD principles on SME policy. With a clean and institutional layout, the design ensures clarity for policy-makers, civil servants, and stakeholders aiming to create a more SME-friendly legislative environment.
